Are these Creanara-made products?
We are an independent online retailer. A manufacturing or third-party brand relationship is claimed only when the individual product page expressly states it.
Can I send an order to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. Free Standard covers all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, DC. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories or freely associated states, or to military addresses AA, AE, or AP, including APO/FPO/DPO. For a PO box in the covered area, contact us before ordering so we can confirm service for the specific item and carrier; a checkout rate alone does not confirm delivery.
Is there a shipping minimum?
No. Standard shipping costs $0 for eligible addresses, regardless of order amount.
When do you prepare an order?
Generally within 1–2 business days after acceptance. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
What is the delivery estimate?
Standard transit after shipment is estimated at 2–4 business days and the combined estimate is 3–6 business days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed date.
How do I follow a parcel?
When available, tracking is emailed to the checkout address. A new label can precede the first carrier scan.
Can I change my paper style or cancel?
Contact us promptly. We will try to help before processing or shipment, but cannot guarantee a change. If we cannot ship within the stated period, choose a revised time or cancel for a prompt refund.
When is a return eligible?
Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery. A change-of-mind item must be unused, undamaged, and complete with included parts. Report damage, defects, wrong items, missing pieces, or material differences from a listing.
How do I start a return?
Email support@creanara.com with the order number, item, and reason. Wait for instructions and the correct destination; our correspondence address is not automatically a return address.
Do I pay for the return label?
For an eligible approved return, Creanara pays return shipping and provides a prepaid label.
Is there a restocking charge?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Can I swap an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. A different style or tool requires a separate order if available.
When will a refund arrive?
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. A qualifying unshipped cancellation is refunded promptly without a return inspection.
What if paper is bent or a piece is missing?
Contact us promptly with the order number and photos when practical. Keep the packaging until we advise the next steps for damage, defects, wrong items, or missing pieces.
How can I pay?
Use a method actually shown at checkout for your order. Footer card art does not guarantee method availability; never send payment by a separate personal transfer or cryptocurrency request.
Can I control advertising cookies?
