Product information and orders

Listings and acceptance

Creanara sells stationery and craft goods as an independent online retailer. Check the selected color or style, selling unit, dimensions, material notes, and included pieces on the product page. A photo may show props that are not sold with the item; screen colors can vary. Estimated or approximate details are identified as such. We may correct an obvious listing mistake and contact you if it affects an order. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance depends on confirmation and lawful ability to fulfill.

Price, payment, and delivery

Prices are in USD. Checkout presents applicable tax and shipping before submission, and only payment methods displayed there are available for that order. Reasonable fraud review may lead to lawful cancellation. See Payment Information. Our Shipping Policy states the free Standard area, estimated processing and transit, tracking, and the choice offered if we cannot ship on time.

Changes, returns, and site use

Contact us promptly for an order change or cancellation; processing or shipment may make a change impossible. Our Refund Policy controls return requests and approved refunds. Do not misuse the site or interfere with checkout. Creanara site content may be protected; third-party names and marks belong to their owners. A product reference does not imply a manufacturer relationship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing here excludes a consumer right that applicable federal or state law does not permit us to waive. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue as far as law allows.
