Information connected to a purchase

Sources of information

You provide contact and delivery details, billing information, a selected product and style, and any message you send about an order. Checkout, payment, delivery, and support providers can return transaction status, limited payment-method details, carrier events, return records, and fraud signals. We do not need a full card number or CVV in a support message. Device, browser, IP address, and interaction data may be received through necessary site functions and any optional technology that is actually enabled.

How information moves

We use data to maintain the storefront and cart, calculate charges, process orders and payment, ship items, send tracking, answer questions about paper or tools, handle damaged or missing items, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Shopify, the payment provider used at checkout, carriers, hosting and support providers receive information needed for their role. We disclose information to authorities when required by law. Providers may process data in other countries under appropriate arrangements. We keep data for operational and legal needs and then delete or deidentify it where feasible. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that no incident occurs.

Cookies, pixels, and the map

Necessary cookies support the cart and checkout. Preference technologies can remember choices; analytics technologies can measure use; advertising technologies can measure campaigns or support targeted ads if enabled. Google Ads, conversion tracking, remarketing, Google Analytics, Enhanced Conversions, and personalized advertising are possible categories, not a statement that all operate on this store. If Enhanced Conversions is enabled, a hashed email address or phone number used for conversion matching can still be personal information; its use would depend on actual settings, applicable law, and your choices. If other optional tools are enabled, their collection and sharing likewise depend on actual settings and applicable choices. This policy is not consent to optional tracking, and closing a banner does not prove tracking is absent.

Our Contact page loads Google Maps directly to show the Palmer correspondence location. That request may disclose IP address, device details, and request information to Google; see Google’s privacy information. The map does not indicate customer pickup.

Rights and ways to act

Depending on residence and applicable law, including California CCPA/CPRA and other state laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy, and may opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not unlawfully discriminate because you exercise a privacy right.

Verification, agents, and appeals

We may verify identity before fulfilling a request. An authorized agent may act where allowed; we may seek proof of authority and, when permitted, direct verification. We respond within the deadline that applies to the request or explain a lawful extension or denial. If an appeal is available under your state law, email us with “Privacy appeal” and the prior decision; we will review it and identify any required regulator route. One deadline does not apply to every state.

Children and revisions

The store is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information. We update this page when practices change; the date above identifies this version.
