Start a return request within 30 calendar days after delivery. Tell us which writing paper, sticker set, tool, or other item is involved so we can give instructions for that order.

Start with your order number

Request details

Email support@creanara.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. Do not mail the item to our Palmer correspondence address. After review, we provide the correct return destination and, for an eligible approved return, a prepaid shipping label.

Item condition and order problems

For a change of mind, the item must be unused, undamaged, and complete with included pieces or accessories. Please pack loose sheets, stickers, and fragile tools so they are protected in transit. If something arrived damaged or defective, the wrong style was sent, a listed piece is missing, or the item materially differs from its description, contact us promptly; photographs and packaging details help when practical. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. The paper goods and tools in this catalog follow the conditions above; applicable nonwaivable rights remain available.

Return costs, refunds, and a different item

Creanara pays shipping for eligible approved returns through a prepaid label. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer direct exchanges; order a different paper style or craft tool separately if it is available.

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

We will communicate the inspection outcome. When an unshipped order can be canceled, its refund is processed promptly and does not wait for a returned item or use the inspection clock. Payment handling is described in Payment Information.
