Creanara lists prices in U.S. dollars. Before an order is submitted, checkout displays the item total, applicable taxes, and shipping charge, including the free Standard rate where the address qualifies.

Available checkout methods

Only a method actually presented for your order at checkout is available. Device, location, currency, and checkout eligibility may affect the choices shown. The card illustrations in our footer do not promise that any particular card or wallet is active. If no usable method appears, contact us; we do not ask you to complete a purchase through a separate payment link. Shopify and any provider displayed at checkout provide payment technology; Creanara remains the seller responsible for fulfillment, support, and refunds.

Authorizations and errors

A pending authorization may appear before a payment is captured or declined. If checkout rejects a payment, follow its message or ask your issuer or provider for help. Contact us with an order number and limited transaction details if two charges appear; a temporary authorization can later disappear without settling. We may make reasonable fraud checks and cancel an order where law permits, with notice of the outcome.

Protect your payment details

Never send a full card number, CVV, password, or one-time code to us by email, phone, or contact form. We do not require a transfer to a personal account, cryptocurrency, or an off-site payment link. No recurring subscription is offered unless a specific product listing and its checkout explicitly disclose one.

If money is returned

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
