Before ordering paper or craft supplies, check the delivery address and the selected item. Standard shipping is free with no order minimum across the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC.

Where Standard shipping is offered

Covered addresses

The covered area includes Alaska and Hawaii as well as the other U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories or freely associated states, or to military addresses coded AA, AE, or AP, including APO/FPO/DPO. For a PO box in a covered state or DC, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the specific item and carrier can be delivered there; a checkout rate alone does not confirm service.

How the estimate is calculated

We generally process an accepted order in 1–2 business days. Standard transportation after shipment is estimated at 2–4 business days, making the estimated total 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date; weather, address corrections, and carrier interruptions may add time.

Tracking and a delay

When tracking is available, we email it to the checkout address; a newly created label may take time to show movement. If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will notify you and offer a choice between accepting a revised shipping time and canceling for a prompt refund to the original payment method. If a parcel is missing or the sheets or tools arrive damaged, contact us with the order number; the Refund Policy explains the next steps.
